Registration information for Fancy Feet Dance Classes

 

  1. NEW students and PRESENT students. View our 2011-2012 Fall Dance Schedule HERE.
  2. Fill out 2011-2012 Registration Form HERE (PDF format). Bring form to our office!
  3. When you register at the office you will need to sign the Parent Student Handbook Information which contains information about our 2010-2011 classes and policies.
  4. ALL students and/or parents MUST sign the Policies and Release Forms. (NOTE: This form has been updated for 2011-2012 and is available in our office. Please make sure you read it and sign it at registration) Policy and Release (PDF format)
  5. Payment for classes must be made at time of registration. Checks, Mastercard or Visa will be accepted. We also process a Monthly Bank Charge to save you time and money. Inquire by calling (704) 847-7138.

Early Bird Pre-Payment DISCOUNTS

Register by May 22 - take $30 off of $60 reg fee
(savings of $50% Discount)

Pay full year's tuition by May 10 -15% Discount
Pay full year's tutiion between May 8-May 22 -12% Discount
Pay full year's tuition between May 23 and August 20 - 10% Discount

These amounts are calculated using your current year's tuition. If the level and tuition changes, the difference will be offered at the 10% discount if paid in full by September 1

We accept:

AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: With the use of Visa or Mastercard tuition, recital fees, etc can be auto charged on the 15th of each month once the authorization form is completed and returned to office.

  1. Recommend Fancy Feet to someone interested in dance or gymnastics!
  2. Have them fill out a VIP FORM and attach it to their registration form
  3. Once they’ve taken class for 3 months, you receive a $75 Credit on your Fancy Feet Dance Academy account to use at your discretion. No limit to the number of referrals.
    ***As a bonus, for ALL NEW STUDENTS to the Fancy Feet Family are eligible for 1st timers discount program: 50% discount on registration fee, AND 50% off first month of tuition WHEN paid at the time of registration.
